Teamwork has always been an essential ingredient to succeed in business or any other endeavors. And with the pandemic situation prevailing today in the economy, organisations are undergoing a tough situation with a lot of ups and downs  and disruptions in an ‘innovate or die’ economy,  Thus it has become the need for the hour on the part of the employees as well that employees collaborate effectively across geographical sites, between business functions and within increasingly fluid job roles

  1. 1 TRUST AND COMMITMENT


    First, the most important ingredient for successful teamwork is trust and commitment among the members of the team towards the leader as well as among them.  Only then they will be able to achieve great goals easily without any distortions.  All the members of the team should get convinced that each and every team member's activities are driven towards the common goal. If a team lacks trust and commitment, it may result in unbalanced performance among the members leading to slag in the completion ratio  of the task assigned to them

  2. 2 EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION


    Effective communication is the most important aspect of teamwork and involves proper communication of information to the right person at the right time and in the right manner.. To become a good communicator one needs to be a good listener. .There should proper involvement and interest in the minds of the communicator as well as the listener for the communication to be effective.  Only then the expected outcome can be achieved. Collaborating well and being open to new ideas are also an essential attitude for a harmonious team environment.

  3. 3 DIVERSE SKILLS


    Teamwork skills include a number of skills that one can work upon to develop over time. Some of the most common skills required for effective teamwork are communication skills, honesty responsibility, empathy, and collaboration.  Only teams that have diverse skills among its team members can perform well and be able to achieve their goals with good cooperation, and a great degree of diligence. 

  4. 4 PRESENCE OF MOTIVATION


    Motivation is the key factor that makes employees develop a passion for their work and responsibilities.  The most effective type of motivation helps to increase job satisfaction at the same time ensures that the employees develop a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. This kind of motivation could embrace the employees in the form of rewards for their performance as well as facilitate the teams to meet targets before a deadline. Group rewards will be very effective in encouraging a team to work with cooperation while individual rewards can encourage employees to stay motivated.
